A record of the application, and the accompanying plan, may be viewed by members of the public during office hours at: Licensing, Ashford Borough Council, International House, Dover Place Ashford, TN23 1HU, where the application can be inspected. or online at licensing@ashford.gov.uk Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address above, by no later than: 25 th November 2026, normally 28 consecutive days from the date the application was given to the authority.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is currently £5,000.
