We Bassetts Farm Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council on the 30th October 2026 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Bassetts Farm, Hastings Road, Matfield, Tonbridge, TN12 7HE from which the following licensable activities are proposed.
Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council Gibson Building Gibson Drive Kings Hill West Malling Kent ME19 4LZ or online www.tmbc.gov.uk/licensing.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above, or by email at licensing.services@tmbc.gov.uk The last day for representations being the 27/11/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
