Notice is given that Sergio Enterprises Limited t/a Sobe Burger has applied to the Licensing Authority for Swindon on 22nd Oct 2026 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises at Sobe Restaurant, Unit 5, 29c Wood Street, Swindon, SN1 4AN for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 to 03:00 Mondays to Sundays.
On Mondays to Saturdays from 23:00-03:00 and on Sundays and Bank Holidays from 22:00-03:00.
The full application may be inspected between 09:00 and 16:30, Mondays to Fridays, at: Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.
Responsible Authorities and/or other persons (e.g. people or businesses living or working within the vicinity) can make representations no later than 19th November 2026. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax) to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by e-mail to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
