Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied
to Gosport Borough Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger
King, Unit 1A Fareham Trade Park, Lederie Lane, Gosport,
PO13 0FE. The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are: Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00
(indoor & outdoors) Monday to Sunday; Premises
Opening Hours are 24 Hours Monday to Sunday. Please see
the application for full details. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by Gosport Borough Council, Town
Hall, High Street, Gosport, PO12 1EB or via email to
licensingofficers@fareham.gov.uk
no later than 24th
November 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Gosport Borough Council and the record of
the application may be inspected at the address of the
council, given above, during normal business hours or on
the council’s website -
