Notice is hereby given that Rudy's Pizza Limited in respect of premises known as: Rudy's Pizza (formerly FatFace), 16 Chequer Street, St Albans, AL1 3YD, has applied to ST ALBANS CITY AND DISTRICT COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence. The proposed application is: For The Sale Of Alcohol (On And Off Sales) From 10:00 – 23:00 Daily, With Closing At 23:30. Non-Standard Times To Apply On New Year's Eve (See Application For Details).

Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3JE, or by email to: licensing@stalbans.gov.uk, no later than 20 November 2026, stating the grounds for objection. The register of St Albans City and District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council, given above, Mondays - Thursdays 08:45 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:45 – 16:30. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
