Late Night refreshments Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs — 05:00hrs.

Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application may be made in writing to Licensing Services Stoke-on-Trent City Council c/o The Weighbridge Lodge Cromer Road Nail-mood Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6QN /hcp.licensing®stoke.gov.uk or at www.stoke.gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 20/11/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
