I Matthew Perkins hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council for a Grant of a licence to operate a premises at Little Quebb Farm, Eardisley, HEREFORD, HR3 6LP on/from which the following licensable activities are proposed
Retail Sale of Alcohol (Off the premises) Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 23:00
The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE Monday to Friday by prior appointment ONLY by emailing licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk or calling 01432 261761 to request a copy or view a summary of the application on our website https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/business/current-premises-licence-applications/.
An Interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section before the end of 12/11/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
