Notice is hereby given that I, Andy Mears, have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence held in respect of the premises known as: Tingley Garden Centre, Thorpe Lane,Tingley WF3 1SL
I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activity:
Sale by retail of alcohol
I propose to vary the terms of the existing licence as follows: To extend the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol to 09:00 until 20:30 every day of the week, and to amend the premises opening hours to 08:30 until 20:30 every day of the week.
Responsible authorities or any other person may
make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 12th November 2026, which should be sent to: Entertainment Licensing Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
