NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made
by Amazon UK Services Ltd to West Northamptonshire
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Plot 7
Northampton Gateway, Roman Road, Milton Malsor,
Northampton, NN7 2FR. The proposed application is for a
premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for
consumption off the premises from 00:00am to 23:59pm
Monday to Sunday. A register of licensing applications can

Any representations by

a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-
mentioned application must be made in writing to West

Northamptonshire Council Licensing Authority at One
Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED or by
email to licensing@westnorthants.gov.uk no later than 20th
November 2026 stating the grounds upon which the
representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
