We Chaii Ghar & Bites UK Ltd, have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a Premises Licence for: 127a High Steet North, E61HZ, So that the following Licensable Activities may be provided on the Following hours: The Provision Late Night Refreshment (Non Alcoholic) Take Place From 6:00am – 3:00am Each Day Except Xmas Day.

Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of The Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, E62RP. (open 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected, any queries should be sent to: licensing@newham.gov.uk. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than 4th November 2026. the Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the Licensing Objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
