Notice is given that Salt Poulton Limited has applied to Wyre Council for a new Premises Licence at 2 Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7AA.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
Sunday to Thursday: 09:00-01:00
Friday and Saturday: 09:00-02:00
Recorded and live music indoors, performances of dance indoors, and anything of a similar description
Sunday to Thursday: 09:00-01:00
Friday and Saturday: 09:00-02:00
Proposed opening hours
Sunday to Thursday: 09:00-01:30
Friday and Saturday: 09:00-02:30
Anyone wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU, or by email to
no later than 13 November 2026.
The application record may be viewed at the council offices during normal office hours or on the Wyre Council website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
