LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Janani neude Jeevakumar to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises which are situated at Brant Road Store, Unit 6/7 Lowfields Centre, Brant Road, Lincoln, LN5 9TR.
The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
•Seven days a week 07:00 to 23:00
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 19 November 2026
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
