NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 Notice is hereby given that Chester City Supporters Society Ltd has applied to Flintshire County Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of: Chester Football Club The Exacta Stadium Bumpers Lane Chester, Flintshire CH1 4LT Premises Licence Reference: PA0638 The proposed variation is to increase the number of kiosks authorised for the sale of alcohol from two (2) to five (5). There are no proposed changes to the existing licensed hours. Any representations concerning this application must be made in writing to: Licensing Section Flintshire County Council Tn Dewi Sant St David's Business Park Ewloe, Flintshire CH5 3FF Email: licensing@flintshire.gov.uk Closing date for representations: 16 November 2026. The application may be inspected by arrangement with Flintshire County Council at the above address or via the Council's public licensing register at https://lalpac.flintshire.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
