We: Sidmouth RFC Trading Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Heydons Lane, Sidmouth, Devon, EX10 8NJ and known as: Sidmouth RFC
The application is to:
Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
Saturday, 10th July 2027 from 10am to 10.30pm
The provision of live and recorded music:
Saturday, 10th July 2027 from 10am to 10.30pm
Premises opening hours:
Saturday, 10th July 2027 from 10am to 10.45pm
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 17th November 2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN
WRITING
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
