To amend the terminal hour for the Sale by Retail of Alcohol from 2300hrs to 0000hrs and add Late Night Refreshment 2300- 0000hrs, both Monday to Saturday.

Representations can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH, which must be received no later than 13 November 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
