LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE
We, Devon Cookery School Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Unit 2, The Hayloft, Newlands Park, Cullompton, EX15 1BJ, known as Devon Cookery School.
The application is to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 22:00.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than 18 November 2026.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
