NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/We SASA FOODS LIMITED have applied to Warrington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: KFC, Old Liverpool Road, Warrington, WA5 1AF for the following Licensable Activities:-
Provision of late-night refreshment Sun-Thu 23:00 - 02:00 Fri-Sat 23:00 – 03:00
Activity will take place both indoors and outdoors (Only offering the Drive thru and delivery after 00:00).
Recorded music Every Day 23:00 - 00:00
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, 1 Times Square, Warrington, WA1 2NT.
The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm except bank holidays.
Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH no later than 13.11.2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
