UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Bains Supersave LTD has applied for a premises licence to the City of Wolverhampton Council in relation to Bains Supersave, 86 Griffiths Drive, Wolverhampton WV11 2JW to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 07:00hrs to 23:00hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1SH. Such written representation must be received by 10/11/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
