The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to: The Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London, E17 4JF or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 06/11/2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
