APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL TREATMENT LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hannah Clements, trading as Hannah Esme Tattoos, has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for a Special Treatment Licence in accordance with the London Local Authorities Act 1991, in respect of the premises situated at: 42A Foxley Road, London, SW9 6ES
The treatments for which the licence is sought include:
• Tattoos
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Team, London Borough of Lambeth PO Box 734, Winchester, SO23 5DG or by email to: licensing@lambeth.gov.uk
Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice, no later than 18 November 2026. The record of the application may be inspected through the London Borough of Lambeth Licensing
Authority.
