What is proposed?

Take notice that Entwine Live (Festivals) Ltd, has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence to Wirral Borough Council for Birkenhead Park, Park Drive, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH41 4HY. The proposed licensable activities will be plays, film, the retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises, live & recorded music and performances of dance and anything of a similar description to live & recorded music and performances of dance. Over three long weekends per annum from 11:00 hours to 23:00 the following day.
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Alternatively, details of the application may be viewed online - wirral.gov.uk/la. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Wirral Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED no later than the 9th November 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
