Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited has applied to Elmbridge Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wingstop, Unit 8b The Heart, New Zealand Avenue, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 1GH.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

Sale of Alcohol (on and off the Premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.

Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Sunday to Wednesday, and from 23:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday.

Opening Hours from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing via email to licensing@elmbridge.gov.uk or to The Licensing Authority, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD no later than 9th November 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
