NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Makers Market has applied to Stafford Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of: Premises: Trentham Shopping Village, Overspill Carpark, Adjacent Far South East, ST4 8JG.
The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities:
Opening hours: Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00.
Supply of alcohol: On and off the premises, Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00.
Performance of live music outdoors: Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Department, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ, or by email to ehlicensing@staffordbc.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 12 November 2026 and must state the grounds on which they are made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence may be liable to a fine.
