Timings proposed are Sunday to Wednesday 7am-1am and Thursday to Saturday 7am-2am (for sale of alcohol, recorded music and hrs open to public)
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk not later than 9th Nov 2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
