What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Ann Morley Jones applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 19 October 2026 for a premises licence to use the premises at 12 Chelsea Road, Bath, BA1 3DU for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are:
Monday to Saturday: 08:30 to 17:00
Sunday: 11:00 to 15:00
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.

or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 17 November 2026 (29 days following the submission of a valid application).
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
