Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 2, Garretts Green Lane, Garretts Green Trade Park, Birmingham, B33 0UD.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 11 November 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
