Woodvalley Vineyards Ltd have applied to Basildon Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence at Woodvalley Farm, Outwood Common Road, Billericay, Essex CM11 1HN, for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Mon–Thu 09:00–17:00, Fri–Sat 09:00–22:00 and Sun 09:00–20:00.
Any person wishing to make representations may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL, no later than Tuesday 10 November 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false or misleading statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of unlimited amount.
