Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for Weller's Entire, 16 Hill Avenue, Amersham, HP6 5BW.

The application is to provide the following licensable activities:

1. Sale of Alcohol between 0800 and 0000 Sunday to Wednesday and 0800 and 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Sunday to Wednesday and 2300 to 0100 Thursday to Saturday.

3. Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain non-standard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.
