LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENSE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th October 2026. T.J. Morris Limited applied to Thanet District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Unit 1, Westwood Gateway, Retail Park, Margate Road, Broadstairs, Thanet CT10 2QU.
The proposed licensable activities are :- the sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06:00 to 24:00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be received in writing by :- Licensing Department, Thanet District Council, PO BOX, 9 Cecil Street, Margate, Kent using the online representation form no later that 9th November 2026 stating the grounds for representations.
