What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Bolton Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Poacher at 1-3 Scot Lane, Blackrod, Bolton, Lancashire, BL6 5SG. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit live and recorded music externally as per deregulation, until 23:00.
Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Bolton Council, Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 1RU between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 6th November 2026 (www.bolton.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
