Ashton Road West - Application To Vary The Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Mare & Foal at 74/76 Ashton Road West, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0ES.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To permit externally Films, Recorded Music and Live Music between 10:00 and 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 11:00 and 22:00 hours on Sunday.
3. To amend children’s condition.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th November 2026 (www.oldham.gov.uk)
