Notice is hereby given that: PadelStars Limited, Larch House, Parklands Business Park, Forest Road, Denmead, PO7 6XP. Has applied to: Epping Forest District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: PadelStars Chigwell, Old Loughtonians Hockey Club, Roding Sports Centre, Luxborough Lane, Chigwell, IG7 5AB.
The proposed licensable activities and hours are: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00. A record of the application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ during normal office hours or online via www.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/licensing/. Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address above, or via email to licensing@eppingforestdc.gov.uk no later than: 2nd November 2026.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, to which a maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
