What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that, Wild Rumpus CIC, have applied to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Tatton Park Gardens, Knutsford, WA16 6QN for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities:
Live Music - Outdoors, Anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Dance - Outdoors, The Supply of Alcohol for consumption On the Premises. Saturday & Sunday 15:00 to 22:00. Seasonal Variations The provision of licensable activities shall only take place during the seven working days immediately preceding Christmas Day in each calendar year and only during the hours otherwise permitted by this premises licence.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
