TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for the Penny Black, 58 Sheep Street, Bicester, OX26 6JW. The application seeks to amend the hours on the premises licence as follows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Friday and Saturday 0900 - 0200 (currently 0100)
Late Night Refreshment: Friday and Saturday 2300 - 0200 (currently 0100)
Opening: Friday and Saturday 0700 - 0230 (currently 0130)
There are no other changes to the premises licence.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Team, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA, or by email to: licensing@cherwell?dc.gov.uk by no later than 4th November 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
