Notice of application for a premises licence variation. Notice is hereby given that KARAN RETAIL LTD has applied to North Devon District Council for a premises licence variation as follows:
1. Update premises plan.
2. Removal of all embedded restrictions.
3. Off sales of alcohol 06:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.
4. Removal of all conditions at annex 2 to be replaced with more up to date and appropriate conditions.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
