Ardencote Hotel & Spa is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence
Ardencote Hotel & Spa, Lye Green Road, Claverdon, Warwick, CV35 8LS
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: The premises will be re-opening as a hotel & spa, no wedding or events will be held.
The licensable area will cover the whole footprint of the hotel.
The provision of live music – 1100 to 0100 Monday to Thursday 1100 to 0200 Friday to Sunday
The provision of recorded music – 1000 to 0200 Mon to Sat 1000 to 0030 Sunday
Provision of Late-Night refreshment – 2300 to 0200hrs every day
Supply of alcohol - 1000 to 0200hrs every day
For residents of the hotel the supply of alcohol will be 24hrs.
Hours open to the public will be 0700 to 2300hrs

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be view Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
