APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE, LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that we, Diggers Venue Ltd have applied on 15th October 2026 to Birmingham City Council in respect of the premises known as 46, TILTON ROAD, BIRMINGHAM. B9 4PP
for a grant of a new premises licence to provide the following licensable activities:
provision of regulated entertainment and supply of alcohol (consumption on the premises) from 12:00 to 02:00 7 days a week and provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 7 days a week

Representations must be made in writing to the above address by 23.59 hours on 12th November 2026
