NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT CCB LIVERPOOL LTD of Crosby Townhouse, 2-4 Moor Lane, Crosby, L23 2UE has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence. The licensable activities proposed to be carried out are set out as follows:- 1. The provision of alcohol for consumption ON and OFF the premises on Monday to Wednesday from 11.00 to 23.00, Thursday to Saturday from 11.00 to 02.00 and Sunday from 11.00 to 03.00 2. The provision of regulated entertainment as described in the operating schedule. This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council's website at www. sefton.gov.uk. Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority Licensing Unit, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than the 9th day of November 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
