NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORA PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Joanne Johnson has applied to Kirklees Council for a premises licence in relation to Jo's Kitchen, 378 Wakefield Road, Denby Dale, HD8 8RT
To permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs to 23:00hrs.
Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.
Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made in writing to: Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or via email to licensing@kirldees.gov.uk
Such written representation must be received by 30/10/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the licensing Act 2003.
