Bransford Road - Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Worcester City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Portobello Inn at 139 Bransford Road, Worcester, WR2 4EZ. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To remove historic conditions.
3. To add children’s condition.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 3rd November 2026 (www.worcsregservices.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
