Afrodites Team Limited has applied to Tewkesbury Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Dita's Bistro, 49 High Street, Tewkesbury, GL20 5BH.
The application seek permission to use the premises for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.
The standard hours applied for are 11:00 - 23:00 (Monday to Saturday) and 11:00 - 21:00 (Sunday).
Any responsible authority or other person who wishes to make representation in relation to the application must make them in writing to: Licensing, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT, or by email to licensing@ tewkesbury.gov.uk
Requests to view the application must also be made in writing to the above address. Representations in relation to the application from responsible authorities or other persons must be made no later than 29 October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
