LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mr. Muhammad Salman Hanif has made an application to Bolton Council for a new Premises licence for: Go Local, 319 Halliwell Road, Bolton BL1 3PF.
Proposed hours of licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 23:00 hours. Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00 hours.
The application can be viewed at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk. Any representations to the Council regarding the application must be made during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council. The last day for representations to be made is 6 November 2026. All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team in writing or via email.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
