Notice is given that Katherine’s Ltd applied to Newcastle City Council on 13th October 2026 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:-
Retail Sale of Alcohol:
Selling alcohol directly to consumers for consumption on the premises and off the premises
Open 0800-1600hrs
Licensable Activities 0800-2200hrs
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH
Representations must be received by 12th November 2026
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
