APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited has applied to Cumberland Council in respect of Taco Bell, Unit 5, London Road Retail Park, Carlisle, CA1 2PD for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Late night refreshment - From 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning every day (23:00 to 00:00 every day of the week for collecting or dining in (restaurant) and 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning every day of the week for drive thru and delivery collection).

No customer access into the restaurant after midnight.

Opening hours - From 09:00 to 03:00 the following morning every day. After 00:00 the premises will operate a drive-thru and delivery collection service only.

Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days from the date this notice is first displayed on the above premises to: Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Cumberland Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by emailing to: licensing2@cumberland.gov.uk

Last date for Representations: end of 2nd November 2026

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
