NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Signorelli Limited has applied to City of London on 30th September 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Signorelli Bakery, Unit LG10 Broadgate Central, 1 Broadgate, London, EC2M 2AW for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 07:00 – 00:00 as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: City of London licensing authority, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ. to be received by no later than 28th October 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
