Notice of application for (Variation / New Grant) of a premises licence / Club Premise Certificate.

Nicholas Pritchards is applying for the variation of a premises licence certificate for “The New Burlington”.
If granted the application will allow the opening time of the premises to be changed from 10:00am to 9:00am to enable the premises to serve breakfast, and the closing time to be changed from 12:30am to 1:00am.
The application will also allow the existing beer garden to be extended into the front car park to provide additional outdoor seating. The outside area will close at 10:00pm each night.
If any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing , including their address and telephone number by 30/10/2026. To licensing service, Blackpool Counci, The Municipal Buildings PO Box 4, Blackpool, FY1 1NA, Tel. 01253 478572.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person doings may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
