Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Donna Mary Mosley has applied to BCP Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Paddle 397 Waterford Road, Highcliffe, Christchurch, BH23 5JN The following amendments/additions to the licensable activities will be provided during the following days and times.
Extension of the licensed area in accordance with the updated plan submitted with the application. To extend the hours as follows: Supply of alcohol (on and off the premises): Sunday 09:00-23:00 Opening hours Monday-Saturday 07:30-00:00 Opening hours Sunday 07:30-23:30 Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 2 November 2026.
The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
