What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Casey Joe Lewis has applied to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Brickyard, Unit 7, Redcar Central Station, Redcar, TS10 1RD.

The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 12:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, during normal office hours or via the Council’s licensing service.

Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by 28 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false or misleading statement in connection with an application, for which a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
