Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Mr Henry Malone for the premises known as / situated at McDonalds, Asda, Atherleigh Way, Leigh, WN7 5RZ. The application seeks to

- Provision of late-night refreshments (Non-alcoholic) and the playing of recorded music.

- Monday to Friday 06:00 – 00:00

- Saturday 06:00 – 22:00

- Sunday 06:00 – 16:00

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website www.wigan.gov.uk Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 28/10/2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
