NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that BFS Group Limited, has applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Bidfood, Angel Park, Drum Industrial Estate, Chester le Street, DH2 1AQ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:-
Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Consumption off the premises) Monday to Fridays 00:00 – 00:00, Saturdays 00:00 – 16:00 Sundays 16:00 – 00:00.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 29th October 2026 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, DH8 1HG alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk
